CDP Administrator
Los Angeles or Boston | Full-Time | Remote
Overview:
CME Circle is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Administrator to support our Career Development Program’s internal operations and client service teams. This is not your average admin role. You’ll be working behind the scenes to support top-tier talent and industry leaders, ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently—without missing a beat.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the operational backbone for the Career Development Program
-Coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics across time zones
-Maintain and update internal records and databases with precision
-Support meeting prep, documentation, and follow-ups for strategic sessions
-Help streamline internal systems and processes as we scale
-Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, serving as a key point of contact for students, coaches, mentors and external partners
-Send invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients or vendors to ensure timely processing
What You Bring:
-Impeccable organization skills and a sharp eye for detail
-Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), Quickbooks, mailchimp, and other digital tools
-Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude
-Prior experience in administrative, operations, or entertainment industry roles preferred

CDP Administrator (Part-Time)
Remote or Boston/Los Angeles-Based | Part-Time (15-25 hrs/week) | Flexible Schedule
Overview:
We're looking for a Part-Time Administrator to support our Career Development Program’s growing internal team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys making complex operations feel effortless, and values working with purpose—even at a flexible capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage scheduling
-Handle light administrative support including calendar management, digital filing, and task tracking
-Collaborate with other admin or ops team members to fill in process gaps as needed
-Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, serving as a key point of contact for students, coaches, mentors and external partners
What You Bring:
-Prior experience in an admin, coordination, customer service, or support role
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Comfort working independently and remotely
-Familiarity with entertainment industry workflows is a plus, but not required

Learning Experience Coordinator (CDP)

Reports To: Program Director
Job Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week)
Compensation: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Part-Time Career Development Program Coordinator to support our growing Career Development Program (CDP). This position is responsible for helping match students with mentors and coaches, maintaining rosters and participant profiles, and facilitating smooth communication between staff, students, and program administrators.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at juggling details, values education and mentorship, and is looking for a flexible, purpose-driven part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
-Pair students with mentors and coaches based on their skill level and focus area.
-Monitor class lists and waitlists
-Create and update accurate records for students, mentors, and coaches.
-Coordinate with location managers to troubleshoot issues, such as schedule conflicts or closures.
-Format and distribute staff and student newsletters (monthly or bi-weekly) and share updates with program administrators.
-Collaborate with program administrators to ensure operational efficiency and resolve issues as they arise.
Preferred Qualifications
-1–3 years of experience in education, program coordination, or student services.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication.
-Comfort with spreadsheets, shared calendars, and communication tools (e.g., Gmail, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack).
-Empathy, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.

Additional Details
This is a part-time, hourly position requiring an average of 20–25 hours per week. Some tasks must be completed on a regular schedule, but many can be performed flexibly throughout the week. Occasional meetings or events may occur outside of typical hours (with advance notice).
