Our Role
CME Circle creates a centralized structure around the project, giving the client one point of coordination while an entire network operates behind it. We can support the lifecycle of a project from pre-production through production, post-production, marketing, and release.
Our Project Managers serve as the operational center of an engagement, stepping in to manage an entire project or the missing pieces of an existing production.
Through CME's established professional network, we identify and match each project with the contractors and resources best suited to its creative, technical, logistical, and financial needs.
From there, we manage the moving parts: strategic resource allocation, creative strategy, budget optimization, contracting, scheduling and coordination, liaison work, project management, problem-solving, and navigating the inevitable changes that occur throughout a production.
The Result
Less time spent searching, staffing, coordinating, and troubleshooting; shorter and more efficient pre-production; greater flexibility when needs change; and more of the client's time available for the decisions that actually require their attention.
